I offer personal training or fitness training in small groups. This is a very effective method to develop an individual training program that is optimally adapted to the personal goals and needs of each individual. Unlike a traditional workout in a gym, small groups can better target each individual’s skills and abilities to meet their goals. Due to the small group, everyone can be optimally supported by the trainer.
Special focus for menopause: Thrive means growing, blossoming, and developing. I support you on your very personal path.
Sport has always been my passion. Until the age of 19 I practiced competitive figure skating. After my specialist training at the Federal Sports Academy in Vienna, my hobby became my profession and I worked as a figure skating coach for several years.
In addition to figure skating, I have always been interested in fitness training.
hrough my many years of living abroad (Australia, China and England), I was able to gain a lot of experience with various fitness trainers and expand and deepen my knowledge through some further training.
In the course of my training as a nutritionist, I wrote my diploma thesis on “The menopause – How an adapted diet can support you”. I was also able to deepen my knowledge on this topic in the fitness area.
This inspired me to put a special focus on menopause in order to advise and support women before, during and after biological changes through sport and nutrition.
Now I would like to share my experience with you and accompany you on your way to a fitter and healthier lifestyle.
